Hayley orrantia was born and raised in America. She's primarily an actress, but she's also an acrobat and songwriter. A lot of people recognize her from her role as Erica Goldberg on the popular show on television The Goldbergs.' She is primarily the performer. She says that music was always her first obsession. The first time she began to study professional music when she was 12 years old. She began songwriting when she was 13, and she was just 14 when she made her first album of cover songs. The music hasn't budged around since. Orrantia is a native of the USA but has Hispanic roots. Her family has Hispanic roots even though she only spoke English as a child and her whole life was in America. Her aim is to preserve it by creating Spanish songs, and also studying the language. One of her songs was the creation of a Spanish song titled 'Hasta Verte..' Orrantia performed for The X Factor during its first season, in summer 2011. Orrantia's YouTube video was chosen and she received four "yeses" which is a vote, from the judges at The Seattle audition. Though she initially auditioned in a single performance at "Hollywood Week" She, along with three other female vocalists were put into a group for the rest in the selection process. They were eliminated from the show in the fifth live week.
